I'm Jeff Holliday — a Marine Corps veteran, small business owner, and bookkeeper based in Maple Valley, Washington. I founded OTD Books to serve small business owners across Maple Valley and the surrounding King County area with the kind of attention they actually need: direct, accurate, and on time.

I work exclusively in QuickBooks Online. One platform, deep — chart-of-accounts cleanup, weekly reconciliation, monthly financials, 1099 prep, year-end packets. The work doesn't get split across an account manager and an offshore team. You talk to me, and I do the books.

I focus on one thing: QuickBooks Online bookkeeping for small businesses. Weekly updates, monthly close, year-end packets — delivered on the schedule we agree on, every time. That focus is what lets me move quickly, communicate clearly, and keep your books in a state where any tax preparer or CPA can pick them up without questions.

Outside of work I'm raising a family in Maple Valley, and I'm a strong believer that small business owners across King County deserve the same quality of bookkeeping that big firms charge five-figure retainers for.
